Rewinding lines are mostly suitable for applications, where lightweight wire, cable, tube or similar material need to be rewinded. The simpliest setup of the line contains just an unwinder and winder, but many optional features assure versatile quality control of the cable batch. The unwinder is dancer controlled and the winder is equipped with traverse mechanism. Both are AC driven and contain digital frequency converters and digital speed controls. Fast acceleraton / deceleration feature maximises the productivity, and sensitive tension ensures a controlled rewinding.
